The organization experienced persistent Wi-Fi performance issues, including unstable connectivity, slow access speeds, and poor user experience across business locations. Simultaneously, the existing Cisco Nexus core environment operated in an Active-Standby mode, resulting in underutilized resources and potential performance bottlenecks during peak traffic periods.
We conducted a detailed network assessment to identify the root causes of wireless performance degradation and implemented corrective optimizations across the wireless environment. Additionally, we redesigned the Nexus architecture from an Active-Standby model to an Active-Active configuration to enable efficient load balancing, enhanced redundancy, and optimal utilization of network resources.
Following the optimization initiative, the client achieved stable Wi-Fi connectivity, improved bandwidth utilization, reduced latency, and enhanced end-user productivity. The Active-Active Nexus architecture improved network resiliency, increased throughput, minimized downtime risks, and provided a robust foundation for business-critical applications and services.
